RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our goal is for you to have a happy and lasting relationship with your chosen outfit.
If you’re not completely happy you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Since you don't get to see the products in person, return shipping are on us.

STEPS TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
- To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return and reasons for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with our shipping address in Ho Chi Minh. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Place the product in the original shipping box - please clearly mark "Returned Vietnamese merchandise, no commercial value". If you fail to do so, we will not be liable for any customs charges incurred.
- Call the shipper you've chosen and arrange the shipment. Please email our customer care service to provide the tracking number of the shipment.
Please note that you would need to return your order from the same country it was delivered to. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges and be delayed in customs.
Please note: Original shipping charges, customs charges and handling fees may all be deductible from any refund due.
We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. We are not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like hygiene products (such as face masks) and customised products (such as custom-made, special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

What if my items arrive damaged or incorrect?
We inspect each of our products to meet the highest quality standards before shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to a manufacturing fault, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and description and photos of the damaged item. We’ll be sure to look after you.
